Follow the directions below:
1) Go to https://www.eatracker.ca/ and start an account
2) Begin filling out your personal Ea Tracker (You will be tracking yourself for 2 weeks). Track your diet and your activity.

After 1 week of tracking on your Ea Tracker:
3) Take the Healthy Living Quiz (see link above)
4) Read 1 of the articles in the recommended reading list at the end of your healthy living quiz.

5) Set 2 goals for yourself (One fitness goal and one dietary goal)

After 2 weeks of tracking on Ea Tracker:

7) Write an essay that  is 1-1/2 - 2 pages long (double-spaced, point 12 font, one inch margin) summarizing what you learned during this unit. You should discuss what you learned:
  • about yourself from the Ea Tracker information and the Healthy Living Quiz
  • about healthy living from the articles you read
  • about what you can do to improve your health in the future. (Include how you can apply what you learned to your life).
  • about the goals your made for your health and fitness
This essay should include 2 quotes from the readings. Each quote should be no longer than 1 sentence and should include commentary. 
8) At the end of the unit, share your essay & your EaTracker results with your teacher via Google Classroom.
