Follow the instructions found on the 3 articles that you download. As you finish each article, rename your document and share it with Mrs. Martinet. The name of your document should include: the class period, your name, the category of the article. For example: John Smith would be Per 2 - John Smith - Fitness.

Follow the directions below: 1) Go to http://bit.ly/PEsupertracker and start a SuperTracker account 2) Set 5 goals for the week in your SuperTracker 3) Begin filling out your personal SuperTracker (You will be tracking yourself for 1-2 weeks). Track your diet and your activity.
After 1-2 weeks of tracking on your SuperTracker, 4) Take the Healthy Living Quiz (see link above) 5) Read these 6 articles:
6) Write an article that is 1-1/2 - 2 pages long, double-spaced, summarizing what you learned during this unit. You should discuss what you learned: about yourself from the SuperTracker information and the Healthy Living Quiz, about healthy living from the articles you read, and about what you can do to improve your health in the future. (Include how you can apply what you learned to your life). This article should include 2 quotes from the readings. Each quote should be no longer than 1 sentence and should include commentary. 7) At the end of the week, share your article & your SuperTracker with your teacher.
